Robert J. Notestine III

Professional Profile

Robert started his real estate profession in 1980, selling and managing residential, investment, and commercial real estate properties as well as managing brokerage divisions. His duties included extensive involvement in the planning of residential and commercial development and the acquisition and development of real properties.

Upon completion of his Law Degree (J.D.), Robert engaged in private law practice with an emphasis for real estate. He has experience in zoning law, real estate development, state and local administrative law, commercial law, leases, landlord and tenant matters and contracts. Robert has previously been an instructor in Real Estate and Real Estate Law at Cumberland University, Nashville State Technical Institute, and the Southeastern Paralegal Institute.

Robert serves as a law instructor for the Continual Learning Institute in Nashville, Tennessee; he was Nolensville, Tennessee's Town Attorney from 1996-2020, and he was the City Attorney for Oak Hill, Tennessee from 2003-2011.
